We've got the Bug... : (

Teagan has been home sick from school for 2 days now and I'm PRAYING that she's healthy enough to go to school tomorrow...she is BORED silly!! After a busy weekend (they are FUN at the time but usually BITE us in the fanny later), she kind of got a Low grade temperature Sunday night. She woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and woke up in the morning with a slight fever again. I made an appointment to see the Dr for her and took her in on Monday. She had nothing treatable besides the fever, headache, sore throat and cough, which we are just treating with OTC meds. She took a nap on Sunday and Monday--that's a SIGNAL-- that she's sick! When she woke up from her nap, she was burning up...she spiked a higher temp then she's had so she was getting worse--UGH! She woke up in the middle of the night last night with a fever but woke up Fever-FREE this morning so I have my fingers crossed that she's on the mend. She acted pretty good today. Each time I took her temp in was only in the 99's so I think we may be good to go back to school tomorrow. Chloe has a field trip tomorrow that she REALLY wants me to go on. She'll be sooo DISAPPOINTED if I can't go but I told her that if Teagan (or anyone else for that matter) is sick, I won't be able to go. I'm hoping that the **BUG** is just contained to the one child and doesn't spread like wildfire to the rest of us...we also have Chloe's first Communion this weekend...and we're expecting family from out of town...that would REALLY stink if we had to cancel that!! oh well...time will tell what will happen...tomorrows' "Wordless Wednesday" might be slim pickin's for pictures...I've already posted about everything we've done lately...Enough for now...-AS
